The smell of autumn is in the air at Villa St. Francis. Residents and families embraced this Thanksgiving season with our first annual Pie and Cider Social in our Garden Room. Residents participated in the Villa Food Network by preparing a pumpkin cheesecake recipe from scratch. This culinary delight couldn’t go without warm apple cider flavored with cinnamon sticks. Let’s not leave out our coffee drinkers. We added pumpkin-flavored- coffee creamer for our coffee connoisseurs just for that extra burst of seasonal flavor.
Speaking of cooking from scratch, our culinary team, from Unidine, have prepared a from-scratch Thanksgiving menu for our residents and guests.
