Villa St. Francis Employees “Go Red”

On February 7th, Villa St. Francis participated in National Wear Red Day, an event sponsored by the American Heart Association to empower women to take charge of their heart health. One in three women will be affected by heart disease, but only one in five women believes that heart disease is her greatest health threat. To raise awareness and start conversations about heart health, our staff, along with Sr. Mary Krahn, one of our residents, wore red.

At Villa St. Francis, women have numerous opportunities to embrace a heart-healthy lifestyle every day, including regular exercise classes, heart-healthy entrees in our dining room, and visits to the doctor for important checkups.
